Extrusion Lamination

Extrusion Lamination uses molten resin to bond one or two substrates together to form a multi-layer, flexible packaging lamination. An in-line process offers a one-step solution. Berry provides a breathable layer option where needed.

Adhesive Lamination

Adhesive lamination coats one film with adhesive and is then laminated to a second or third film. This capability is utilized for elastic and non-elastic films in both in-line and off-line production.

Ultrasonic Lamination

Ultrasonic lamination creates a more premium, elastic product and can be customized to generate various bond strengths, patterns and substrates. Ultrasonic lamination avoids using additional raw materials to bond various substrates by utilizing a mechanical/electric process that creates a customizable bonding pattern.
