Sales Development Program

The sales development program is designed for those who have a strong interest in technical sales. Throughout this program you will be exposed to various disciplines across the entire organization while learning Berry’s culture, our products, and how we bring value to our customers. We are looking for Entry-Level Sales Professionals who are natural leaders, strategic thinkers, and team players.

Our Sales Development Program includes:

  • Full-time position post-graduation
  • 6 months training program for Field-based Sales positions
  • Rotational assignments in key functional areas for full exposure to the business
  • Extensive Sales training by experts in the field
  • Executive level mentorship
